A new site was developed, highlighting the enticing aspects of working for the client and streamlining the application process with a concise form. To maximize outreach, various
digital marketing tactics were employed. These included targeted campaigns to educate job seekers about available positions, leveraging channels such as Display, Search Engine Marketing, Pre-Roll, and Streaming TV. The goal was to efficiently communicate the job opportunities and attract qualified applicants to simplify and expedite the hiring process for the client’s businesses.

We learned over the two years of this campaign that consistency is key. You need to brand yourself, and consistently stay in front of your audience. The 2nd year we incorporated more video and saw a higher application rate year over year. The lesson to learn is whatever you can do, do it well, set it up for success and be consistent.
