MANUFACTURER
RECRUITMENT
SEM, DISPLAY, PRE-ROLL, AND STREAMING TV
The Challenge
This company is a packaging manufacturer who was looking
for engineers, machinists, and laborers. They were using traditional
media marketing and looking to expand their reach with targeted digital marketing. They first needed to attract engineers as the lack of engineers was creating a bottleneck in their productivity.
The Solution
This client had their own on-site videographer, so we were able to utilize current footage to make various 15-second spots for
pre-roll and 30 second spots for streaming TV, targeting new job seekers, machinists, tradesmen, laborers, manufacturing workers
and more. Display ads were also created and served to a targeted audience using behavioral, demographic, context, site retargeting,
search retargeting and more. The search engine marketing (SEM) campaign was set up with keywords such as: engineering hiring,
machinist career, engineering assistant, automation technician, fabrication specialist and more. Utilizing these tactics helped get
the audience familiar with the brand, educate them about the company and pull potential employees through the journey and entice
them to take an action step. We started the campaign with a focus on engineers to alleviate the bottleneck and then expand the
audience after engineers had need hired.
